BonLook’s DEI platform

Collaborating with Canada’s most innovative eyewear brand, The Brand is Female embarked on a transformative partnership to establish a comprehensive Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) roadmap and action plan. Working in close collaboration with the company’s visionary co-founders and their HR and Communications executives, we conducted an in-depth audit of both internal operations and the external landscape. Through a strategic approach, we orchestrated a series of initiatives aimed at empowering BonLook to embrace a culture of inclusivity and diversity. Within this dynamic context, we played a pivotal role in conceiving the ‘Together’ campaign, an externally focused endeavour that showcased a tapestry of influential change agents curated by The Brand is Female. This multifaceted campaign featured a diverse array of trailblazers, including LGBTQ2S+ and Indigenous rights champions. This campaign made history by featuring the first trans woman to grace a Canadian advertising campaign. These impactful external efforts complemented the internal practices seamlessly integrated as part of the comprehensive DEI plan’s proactive implementation.

Drawing upon the insights gleaned from Randstad’s comprehensive survey of employed Canadian women, we created an insightful report centred around the critical theme of gender equity within the workplace. Complementing this, we orchestrated an impactful visibility and content campaign designed to galvanize action and foster tangible change in line with the report’s recommendations. Our report delves deeply into the contemporary challenges that women encounter within the professional sphere. It identifies these challenges and goes beyond by presenting innovative solutions aimed at cultivating an environment that is diverse and equitable. Our report also offers actionable guidance on restoring women’s confidence and transforming disillusionment into unwavering commitment. As part of our holistic approach, the report also provides practical strategies to dismantle the biases that persistently shape women’s experiences, thus forging a path toward a more inclusive and progressive future.

Ax-1 Private Space Mission

Axiom Mission 1 marked a groundbreaking achievement as a privately funded and operated crewed mission to the International Space Station. This historic mission brought together three accomplished civilians, accompanied by a seasoned NASA astronaut, in a remarkable orbital journey. The Brand is Female enhanced the mission’s profound scientific and educational endeavours by developing a robust educational community and a diverse scientific portfolio empowered by a meticulously crafted communication strategy. Media outreach helped emphasize the mission’s dedicated focus on cutting-edge research and education and spotlighted some of Canada’s preeminent scientists and space medicine experts, further amplifying the mission’s significance.

This cohort of influencers embarked on a resonant campaign that swiftly went viral across Instagram and TikTok, notably featuring inspiring figures such as Myles Sexton, a stalwart advocate for HIV awareness and sobriety, and Michelle Chubb, an Indigenous changemaker.
The Sexfluent platform has emerged as a powerful force, touching the lives of a remarkable one million young individuals.
